Wooden Animal, Dimetrodon

The Dimetrodon lived from about 286 million to 270 million years ago and fossils of the animal have been found in North America.  Each are individually handcrafted out of maple and beech wood and painted using watercolors. 

The minimalist forms of wooden figures combined with their chunkiness and hand made attention to detail ensure a child's imagination is stimulated allowing for hours of play and simultaneous learning. The toys are made predominantly of maple which is durable and characterized by attractive graining.
