Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders unless otherwise marked as such, received by 12pm MST will be shipped out within the following 1-2 business days according to the method chosen at checkout.
Items marked with a Specific Lead Time
Any product listed with a Specific Lead Time is the time it takes for the item to leave the manufacturer and does not include transit time. Please note that lead times are estimates only and Sprout Babies cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the item within their quoted lead time. If there are any delays meeting the shipping deadline, we will contact you immediately.Â
- We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $25, in the contiguous United States only. USPS Ground Advantage, is used for Standard Shipping and is calculated at checkout on orders under $25.00. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. For orders under $25.00, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
- Sprout Babies ships to PO Boxes, addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.Â
Damages
Please inspect your shipment right away. If there is damage to your shipment, please reach out to us to let us know so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials for inspection and contact us at sproutbabies.com to report the damage.Â
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
*Sprout Babies will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.Â
