FAQ's

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Sprout Babies Gift Card.

• The Gift Card Number is for online only.
• The Sprout Babies Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund or used to purchase additional gift cards.
• Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
• Sprout Babies is not responsible for lost or stolen Sprout Babies Gift Cards.
• Sprout Babies reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.
• Sprout Babies is not liable for delivery of an Electronic Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. If merchandise items are included with your order of a gift card, the coupon value will only apply to merchandise items.

• We collect sales tax in states where we either have a physical presence or have reached nexus as governed by the individual state laws. Our list of states where we collect tax is reviewed regularly to ensure compliance

• All of our packing slips act as gift receipts and no pricing is listed. You can rest assured your gift recipient will not know the price of their gift.

• Personalized orders must be canceled within 3 days of order date otherwise final sale terms apply.
• For all other orders, we are unable to make any further changes once an order has begun being fulfilled by the relevant warehouse.
• If you need to update or cancel your order before fulfillment has commenced, assigned please contact us.

• Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. The surcharge will be noted at checkout.
• Unless “White Glove service” is specifically noted, the oversize or heavy item shipping surcharge means delivery to your door only. The oversize freight charge is a surcharge the delivery company places on the item as it cannot be delivered through UPS or FedEx because of the shipping dimensions and size.
• White Glove delivery service means the item will be delivered directly to your desired room in your home.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).
• In order to qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $99 or more after discounts have been applied and will be automatically applied to your total at checkout. Qualifying purchase amount of $99 does not include shipping or taxes.
• Oversize and freight shipping surcharges may apply to some items due to their size and weight regardless of the purchase amount. The surcharge will be noted at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes for each individual product may vary based on the processing time for each brand.
• Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any further changes to the order.
